Shipping

All shipments include tracking numbers, signatures, and insurance. 

The signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.

Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship FedEx priority overnight with (Excluding weekends)  

International Buyers -Please contact us to determine whether we ship to your country prior to purchasing or bidding.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses!

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 14 days. 
Buyer pay the return shipping charge. Refund will be denied if 
(1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Touching the inside components 

Prior to making a return decision, please contact us via eBay message, E-mail, and/or phone  

Return Instructions: Select “Return this item”, then select “ I don’t need it anymore” 

A restocking fee of 5% is applied on all return items. 

The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the returned item.
