All our products are shipped via USPS/Fedex/DHL, and each shipment includes a tracking number, signature requirement, and insurance. Please note that a signature is mandatory for items valued above $350. For watch orders, please allow 3-5 days for handling, and they will be shipped via Fedex priority overnight (excluding weekends). Return
If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, they may request an exchange or refund within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
