Signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.
Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship Fedex priority overnight with (Excluding weekends)

Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 30 days.
Buyer pays the return shipping charge. Refund will be denied if
(1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Touching the inside components

A restocking fee of 8% is applied on items $3700 and above.
The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the return item.
