All our products are shipped via USPS/Fedex/DHL, and each shipment includes a tracking number, signature requirement, and insurance. Please note that a signature is mandatory for items valued above $350. For watch orders, please allow 3-5 days for handling, and they will be shipped via Fedex priority overnight (excluding weekends). If you are an international buyer, kindly contact us to confirm if we ship to your country before making a purchase or placing a bid. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Return
If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, they may request an exchange or refund within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Please note that a refund will be denied if any of the following conditions are met: (1) The watch has been worn, (2) Links have been removed, (3) The timepiece has been negligently used, or (4) The inside components have been tampered with.
